Doodle I wound up really liking despite the fails in it XD

For those who may not know, this character is Shagar and is really my favorite out of my characters >w< He is featured in my story 'The Darkest Legend' that is in dire need of being re-written. He is the main antagonist who wishes to wipe out humanity.

Oh yes he has the power XD One of his techniques, that he doesn't use much, is to fire his energy into the sky, where it rains down like this, searing all it touches (other than him of course) like liquid fire. It is highly painful and kills most creatures, unless they seek shelter. He can also focus it into thin spears (as shown)
