This one is for ~SolarLugia
They requested a noble and powerful dragon, and this is what I came up with. A light blue Chinese dragon with golden fur.
I've realized that every time I do the lineart in Gimp, it looks shaky and is utter crap....so I omitted the lineart and did another lineless art XD
