1. If I draw a picture of someone's character, the character owner is allowed to use as backgrounds, in videos, ect.

2. If someone draws a picture with my character in it, I am allowed to use the picture in a video, as I only put my drawings on my Youtube account.

3. I don't mind you referencing a pose. You don't even have to ask. Just do not fully copy the drawing. Giving credit for the reference is polite, but not required

4. If you want to use my art in a video, it's polite to ask, but not required. However if at all possible I'd like to be shown the video :3
